The World Organ donation day is celebrate in the month of 13 th August- 2024 for Motivating the
Organ donation. The Organ donation is to motivate normal human beings to pledge to donate
organ after death. It can be changing the life of many Multi organ failure patients. It also aims to
educating and encouraging the people to participate in the noble cause of organ donation. The
awareness programme on World Organ Donation Day was organized by Department of Pharmacy
practice, Karpagam College of Pharmacy on 21.08.2024, with the theme of “Don’t let your Loved
Ones in Doubt”. The Organ donation Expo was conducted with various organ models and
Surgical Procedures by the Pharm.D Students.
